1. What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy. You can return your product within 7 days of delivery as long as the main perfume box remains unopened and in its original condition.

2. Can I try the perfume before opening the main bottle?
Yes! We send a small sample vial of the same fragrance with every full-size bottle so you can test it before opening the sealed box.

3. What if I opened the main perfume bottle? Can I still return it?
Unfortunately, no. Returns are only accepted if the main bottle is completely unopened. You may use the sample provided to test the scent before opening the full product.

4. Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free within Karachi for all purchases.

5. Who pays for the return shipping cost?
In case of a return, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. The refund will be issued once we receive the product, excluding the delivery fee.

6. How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
