How Our Return Process Works:

For every full-size perfume you order, we also include a small trial/sample vial of the same fragrance.

We strongly encourage you to try the sample first before opening the sealed full-size bottle.

Returns will only be accepted if the main perfume box remains unopened and sealed.
Using the sample allows you to experience the fragrance without opening the main packaging.
Eligibility for Return & Refund:

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

The full-size product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping & Return Costs:

We offer free delivery within Karachi for all purchases.

In the case of a return, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed excluding the return delivery charges.
Important Note:

Returns will not be accepted if the main perfume box is opened, even partially.
